Returns

  • Returns will not be accepted for items that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos for verification.

  • Eligible defective items may be replaced or refunded as per evaluation.
